Sunday saw the second of Shetland Amateur Athletics Club’s Open Graded Meetings, held at the Clickimin Athletics Track.
The events on offer to athletes were the 100m, 200m, 600m and 800m on the track and Javelin and High Jump in the field.
SAAC Chairwoman, Elaine Park, commented, “This was another great competition for the athletes to compete in locally. This year’s format of OGMs is working really well for the athletes, coaches and officials and grateful thanks are extended to all for helping to make this competition possible. Congratulations to the athletes as well, who are seeing the hard work and training pay off increasingly through this season.”
