Sunday saw a return to home based track and field competition with the fourth Jamieson’s of Shetland Open Graded Athletics Meeting at Clickimin.

Twenty-six athletes produced a total of fifty performances across the 100m, 200m, 800m, 3000m, Discus and High Jump.

Shetland AAC Chairperson, Elaine Park commented, “It was great to get back to hosting a home competition.  It has been a busy season and these bitesize OGM competitions are a great way for the athletes to perform and monitor their progress throughout the season.  The Club would like to thank all of the officials for coming out and ensuring this meet could go ahead and our sponsors, Jamieson’s of Shetland for all of their support.”
